About the Role:

As a Scheduler at CareFor, you will play a vital role in coordinating caregiver schedules to meet the unique needs of our clients. This is a highly relational position that requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with caregivers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage caregiver schedules to ensure the highest level of service for our clients
  • Build strong relationships with caregivers and clients, understanding their preferences and availability
  • Take initiative in resolving scheduling conflicts and maintaining efficient operations
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all scheduling activities
  • Collaborate with team members to support smooth and effective care delivery

What We're Looking For:
  • Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Assertive, yet empathetic, approach to managing schedules and relationships
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and take on new challenges
  • High level of initiative, professionalism, and reliability
