Job Description:
PacifiCorp seeks a Customer Oriented Performance Metrics Specialist to drive our commitment to customer service excellence, environmental sustainability, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. As a key member of our team, you will provide advice and counsel to management and client organizations on best practices for measuring customer benefits and metrics.

About the Role:
This position requires advanced knowledge of the regulated energy industry, with expertise in customer-focused research, analysis, and reporting. You will lead data synthesis, analysis, tracking, and visualization by defining customer equity metrics, gathering and auditing relevant data, and building a tracking database and reporting dashboard. Your strong communication skills will enable you to report complex information in simple terms, collaborate with internal teams, and provide authoritative consultation and recommendations to senior management.

Responsibilities:
- Manage research activities, analyses, and reporting for PacifiCorp's compliance with Clean Energy Transformation Act (CETA) and Oregon's HB 2021 requirements.
- Provide leadership on developing and establishing metrics for measuring effectiveness of Company's diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies.
- Lead data synthesis, analysis, tracking, and visualization by defining all customer equity metrics, frameworks, and objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and audit customer equity metrics, and build a tracking database and reporting dashboard.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop metrics and reporting, and serve as the SME in the discipline providing authoritative consultation and recommendations to senior management.
- Report complex information in simple terms, communicate effectively through oral and written means, and influence actions and negotiate outcomes.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of seven years of customer-focused experience in a utility industry or directly related to the position responsibilities.
- Advanced knowledge of the regulated energy industry, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and/or environmental justice frameworks & fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish trust, maintain confidence, and understand social behavior and interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, business administration, or a related field.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience, and ability to manage client-vendor relationships.

Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $115,900 - $136,300 annually, plus an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 15.00% of salary.
