Executive Support Specialist

We are seeking an Executive Support Specialist to join our team in a critical operations role. This position requires exceptional administrative skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as primary liaison between Senior Executives and other Agency stakeholders.
- Coordinate workflow of multiple critical issues within a dynamic schedule, ensuring confidentiality and sensitivity.
- Provide support to 2-4 government staff simultaneously, maintaining awareness of internal structural levels and hierarchy.
- Maintain comprehensive range of direct executive office support for designated Senior Executive.
This position requires:
- Active Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
- Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of relevant administrative professional experience.
- Demonstrated successful use of MS Office Suite applications at Advanced level.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, customer service skills, analytical skills, and ability to assess complex information.

The estimated salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500, based on experience, geographic location, and contractual requirements.
