Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled System Administrator to maintain the health of our Ivanti Endpoint Manager environment, support software packaging and distribution, and provide tier 3 level software support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in desktop products, including Windows 10/11, SharePoint, and MS Office 365, as well as excellent research and investigative skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain Ivanti Endpoint Manager Environment: Monitor and maintain the overall health and availability of the Ivanti Endpoint Manager system, ensuring seamless operation and optimal performance.
  • Software Packaging and Distribution: Package software and build distribution packages to support statewide project efforts and enterprise deployments, including the remediation of security vulnerabilities.
  • Tier 3 Level Support: Provide advanced problem management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalations to resolve customer problems, as well as recommendations for systems and process improvements.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service with a Customer First attitude, providing prompt and effective support to our clients.

Requirements:

  • Strong Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in desktop products, including Windows 10/11, SharePoint, and MS Office 365, as well as proficiency in Active Directory, remote support tools, networking, and software license management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent research and investigative skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
