Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet residents and guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Verify and record visitor information, ensuring a secure and efficient process.
  • Answer calls professionally, assisting callers with directions or instructions for the building.
  • Receive and process incoming mail and packages, maintaining a high level of organization.
  • Monitor lobby traffic, alerting residents to arriving guests and deliveries.
  • Maintain logbooks for visitors and contractors, ensuring accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer service experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong ability to multitask.
  • Professionalism and a friendly, outgoing demeanor, with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic computer and typing skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems.

Work Schedule:

  • Overnight shifts, afternoon shifts, and full-time and part-time opportunities available.
