We are seeking a dedicated Medical Director for our Family Medicine department in Ridgecrest, CA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing primary care outpatient medical services to patients.

Salary and Benefits

The compensation package includes a sign-on bonus of $50,000, retention bonus of $60,000 for a 3-year commitment, and a salary range of $250,000 and up depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive a full benefits package, including CME days and allowance, and a comprehensive loan repayment program.

Job Description

This is an employed position with flexible schedules, offering 8 or 10 hour shifts per day. You will have an average patient load of 3 per hour during an 8-hour shift, with a varying call schedule. Your responsibilities will include designing and evaluating an efficient healthcare system in a community health center setting.
