**Job Summary**

As a Senior Sales Development Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving business KPIs and providing exceptional customer experiences at our retail stores. You'll serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift, overseeing store operations, and working closely with management to achieve store goals.

**Key Responsibilities**

  1. Drive key hourly business targets, including sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
  2. Maintain the highest level of customer service, as outlined in the HOKA Expert Service Program.
  3. Prioritize Brand and product knowledge training and share this knowledge in customer interactions.
  4. Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
  5. Empower team members through communication and recognition.
  6. Support community initiatives and local outreach programs.
  7. Assist in store administration and operations, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  8. Contribute to key initiatives and retail programs that enhance the customer journey.
  9. Respond to problems or difficult situations with professionalism.
  10. Think critically to solve problems and approach challenges with agility.

**Requirements**

  1. TWO (2) years retail experience preferred.
  2. High School Diploma or GED.
  3. Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.
  4. Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
  5. Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

**Compensation Package**

Estimated annual salary: $55,000 - $65,000, depending on location and experience. We offer a competitive compensation package, including discounts, perks, global contests, opportunities for growth and development, and more
