Job Summary
Mental health professionals play a vital role in supporting individuals struggling with mental health issues. As a Clinic Mental Health at UCHealth (Colorado), you will be responsible for providing quality assessment and intervention services to psychiatric patients in consultation and cooperation with emergency department personnel.

Responsibilities
- Provide quality and timely assessment, intervention, and recommendations incorporating diagnostic skills and state-specific regulations.
- Support implementation of disposition recommendations, which may include higher-level psychiatric placement, brief intervention/safety planning, review of community resources, and collaboration with family members and emergency department staff.
- Serve as primary communication liaison between clients, family members, emergency department staff, physicians, and community providers.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD).

Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this position is $67,920-$83,520 based on experience and qualifications.
