Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify insurance information and identify sources of reimbursement
  • Coordinate with healthcare providers to schedule appointments and admissions
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information and program census
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers

Requirements:

  • High school education and 3-5 years of experience in a medical field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Basic knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software

Working Conditions:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changeable environment
  • Must be willing to work occasional overtime if needed
  • May be required to travel to various locations to attend meetings or provide support to teams
