**Job Summary:**
As a Radiologic Technologist, you'll be responsible for preparing patients for exams, operating imaging equipment, and obtaining high-quality images while minimizing radiation dose. You'll work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and position patients for exams, ensuring their safety and comfort
* Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including x-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines
* Obtain high-quality images while minimizing radiation dose
* Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
* Maintain accurate records and reports
* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques

**Requirements:**
* Completion of a Radiologic Technology program from an accredited school
* Registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
* Current state license to practice as a Radiologic Technologist
* Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

**Preferred Qualifications:**
* One year of experience as a General Radiologic Technologist

**Physical Requirements:**
* Requires standing and walking for extended periods of time
* Must be able to lift or assist with lifting patients of varying weight and manipulate equipment daily

**Personal Protective Equipment:**
* Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required
