Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at Glen Hill Center. As a PTA, you will work closely with licensed therapists to provide personalized care and support to patients, helping them to recover from injuries and illnesses, and regain their independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work alongside licensed therapists to develop and implement treatment plans for patients
  • Provide hands-on therapy and support to patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
  • Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the therapeutic team
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Compassion and empathy for patients and their families Basic life support certification (BLS) or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Salary and Benefits
