About the Role

Lepage Bakeries Park Street, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our bakery facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, assign, and supervise the work of maintenance personnel to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of plant equipment and facilities.
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in the performance of assigned duties and provide support as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
  • Train new employees on maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including safety and quality standards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in industrial operations, maintenance, or utilities operations, preferably in a bakery or food processing environment.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industrial electrical wiring, motor control, and PLC systems.
  • Experience with equipment repair, installation, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Associate degree in Electronics/Electrical Technology or equivalent formal training and work experience.
