Ecommerce Specialist

Qbedding Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Associate to manage our Shopify store and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and SEO, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Manage and update product listings on our Shopify store to ensure accuracy and relevance.
• Optimize product descriptions, images, and pricing for maximum visibility and conversion.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and ensure timely delivery.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and sales strategies.
• Ensure the Shopify store is running smoothly and troubleshoot any technical issues that may arise.

• Proven experience managing a Shopify store with a strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and SEO.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with ecommerce analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Shopify Analytics.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and tools, including graphic design software.
