We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Dallastown, Pennsylvania. This 13-week contract offers the opportunity to work with a reputable healthcare organization and contribute to the well-being of patients in need.
About the RoleThis Speech Language Pathologist position involves working as part of a dynamic therapy team to provide high-quality care to patients. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in speech language pathology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop targeted treatment plans
- Provide individualized therapy sessions to patients, utilizing evidence-based techniques and strategies
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care delivery
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Pennsylvania
- Experience working with patients with diverse needs and abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
