Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse with ResCare Community Living, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our team of passionate and caring clinicians is dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to our clients in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess the health needs of individuals served and develop personalized care plans
• Administer nursing care and provide case management
• Advise clients and staff on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Monitor staff and ensure coverage, review incident reports, and implement changes as needed
• Provide on-call service and manage resources

Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing or current and in good standing RN license
• Valid driver's license from state of residence
• At least 18 years of age and one year of nursing experience, supervisory experience preferred
