In this part-time hybrid role, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, utilizing your exceptional communication skills and ability to work with individuals with disabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess 1+ year of obstetrical nursing experience, a current unrestricted nursing license (RN) for the state of residence, and the ability to maintain competency on all services provided according to policy. Strong technology knowledge, including desktop/laptop computer proficiency and use of analytical software, is also essential.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, promoting health equity and making a meaningful impact on communities served. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, and documenting the homecare nursing process, educating patients and their families, and ensuring interventions respect and encourage patient autonomy.

You will have the chance to participate in training or act as a preceptor, contributing to the development of new colleagues. With regular travel required, this position offers flexibility and variety in your work environment.
