About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist to join our team at the Herms Greenwich Boutique. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving sales and customer service objectives while adhering to the operational asset protection standards of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a team to achieve the boutique's collective target.
  • Organize and prioritize the selling floor to support the sales effort and overall client experience.
  • Provide assistance as needed in inventory preparation.
  • Process and ensure the accuracy of all transactions, including receipts, CRM files, and administrative support of after-sales service.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation at all times.
  • Comply with all asset protection procedures, including employee sign-in sheets, bag checks, and key control.
  • Provide high levels of service to clients, including prompt and friendly greetings, assistance with wrapping and packaging, and answering questions.
About You
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills.
  • Even-tempered with the ability to continuously multitask.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently while balancing collaboration with a team.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Open availability to accommodate the needs of the business.
  • Ability to lift between 0-25 lbs. without assistance.
What We Offer
