Upshift Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Guest Service Associate to join our team at Upshift. As a Guest Service Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor guest check-in and process complaints and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage special requests, provide wake-up calls, and greet guests on the phone, transferring calls to the appropriate department as needed.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including cleaning room suites and maintaining proper room maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 50lbs occasionally and 25lbs frequently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
