Occupational Therapist

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant at Ann's Choice, a 103-acre continuing care retirement community in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs of our residents. Our team works together to provide holistic care, ensuring that each resident receives personalized attention and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide therapy duties in various settings across the Erickson continuum of care, as needed
- Document services and billing completed accurately and in a timely manner, using business line-specific formats according to company and regulatory requirements
- Communicate with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure resident needs are being addressed throughout their care
- Follow Medicare, state, and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures
- Minimum 1 year's experience working with the older adult population related to therapies
- Current CPR Certification
- Current valid state license (for state in which the community provides service) in occupational therapy assistant, where applicable
