We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Caregiver to join our team at the Prairie Gate community in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

About the Role

As a Senior Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and dignity. Your duties will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist residents with mobility, using equipment such as gait belts and mechanical lifts
  • Monitor residents' conditions and report any changes to supervisors
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A nursing assistant certification
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
