The successful candidate will have experience working independently and possess excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance company reimbursement is also required.

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving facility census goals and annual budget projections
  • Marketing the facility within a 100-mile radius
  • Working with local community agencies to generate referrals
  • Conducting admission screenings and determining level of care
  • Maintaining knowledge of current regulations governing reimbursement
  • Participating in quality improvement processes
  • Conducting facility tours for prospective residents
