We are seeking experienced kitchen professionals to join our team at Emmy Squared Pizza, a growing upscale casual restaurant company with a presence in over 20 locations.
About the RoleAs a member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing food items on the menu, ensuring consistency, quality and accuracy of recipes. This includes portioning and packaging dough for storage and future use, maintaining kitchen sanitation in accordance with health department guidelines, and setting up and maintaining assigned kitchen workstations.
Your attention to detail, ability to multitask, and commitment to delivering exceptional results will ensure that our guests receive high-quality dishes every time. You must be able to lift / carry items up to 35 lbs. and push / pull items up to 75 lbs., as well as walk/stand for extended periods of time.
Requirements- Minimum 1 year experience as a prep cook in a full-service restaurant.
- Previous dough experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritize responsibilities.
- Ability to handle stressful situations while maintaining a calm and welcoming demeanor.

In return for your hard work, we offer an estimated salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
