Ford Lube Technician

At Kendall Auto Group, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lube/Maintenance Technician to join our Service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing basic maintenance on service vehicles, including inspecting, replenishing, draining, and filling fluids and lubricants, balancing and rotating tires, performing vehicle inspections, and completing basic brake repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on service vehicles, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs
- Inspect and diagnose vehicle issues, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and service consultants to ensure seamless customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and techniques
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 100 pounds
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
