We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to lead our commercial doors team in the Carolinas. This role will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing effective sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Carolinas region
  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives and goals
  • Cold calling and hunting for new business opportunities
  • Accompany sales reps to ensure they are reaching their full potential when engineering door solutions for customers
  • Maintain and update Customer Relationship Management System (CRM) daily
  • Meet or exceed sales and gross profit performance standards
  • Provide timely, accurate estimates and proposals
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree coupled with at least three years of Business-to-Business Sales Management experience and a minimum of three years outside Business-to-Business sales experience selling technical/mechanical products in the commercial sector
  • Must be willing to travel up to 60%
  • Possess an ability for technical applications, mechanical systems, and problem-solving
  • Experience selling building products and material-handling equipment and/or commercial security systems is highly desirable
  • Must have valid driver's license, a good driving record

Estimated Salary Range:

$85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience
