Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute all digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM campaigns, e-commerce/D2C, email, social media, display advertising, and paid media campaigns.
  • Support paid media efforts to surface data-driven strategic opportunities for the Executive Leadership team, focusing on optimization of paid media spend regionally.
  • Develop a comprehensive, national e-commerce marketing strategy to increase customer traffic, drive conversion, and grow Average Order Value (AOV).
  • Prepare analytics, reports, and dashboards on overall performance of digital marketing campaigns, including Return on Investment (ROI) and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Share insights and learnings cross-functionally to brand product and executive teams.
  • Structure conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Develop and monitor campaign budgets across paid media, website, content, and social buckets.
  • Research, analyze, and track consumer behaviors and trends, and implement research into digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and work alongside Brand Managers and Creative Directors to ensure a consistent brand visual identity is maintained across all digital platforms.
  • Negotiate advertising contracts and media spends.
  • Stay current with emerging trends and opportunities in the digital marketing ecosystem.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience working in digital and social media marketing.
  • Demonstrated track record of innovation in social/digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency working on e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
  • Proficiency in automation tools (Klaviyo).
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, keyword search, social display programming campaigns (Meta/Instagram).
  • Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels, A/B testing, multivariate experiments.
  • Knowledge of digital analytics tools (Google Analytics).

An analytical mind, with a passion for measuring data. Demonstrable experience in acquisition tools and paid strategy. In-depth knowledge of current digital trends.
