Pediatrician for Complex Care and Transition Clinic

Job Summary: Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children is seeking a Board Certified Pediatrician to provide comprehensive care to children and young adults with medical complexity in our Complex Care and Transition Clinic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable seeing patients up to 25 years old and have experience in providing longitudinal outpatient care management, multi-disciplinary care, and collaboration with the palliative care team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive care to children and young adults with medical complexity.
  • Collaborate with the palliative care team to ensure seamless care for patients.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

Requirements:

  • Board Certified in Pediatric Internal Medicine.
  • Completion of an ACGME or AOA residency and fellowship.
  • Unrestricted FL medical license and DEA.
  • MD/DO degree.
