About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sleep Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for creating a personalized shopping experience for our customers, helping them find the perfect mattress to improve their sleep and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with customers
  • Offer technical and product knowledge to customers, serving as a subject matter expert
  • Drive individual sales performance and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Maintain customer relationships throughout the sales process and after purchase
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor activity and market trends
