Speech Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school setting. As a Speech Therapist with ProCare Therapy, you will work closely with students, teachers, and parents to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and deliver high-quality speech and language therapy.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) that cater to the unique needs of each student.
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, utilizing evidence-based methods and techniques.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and achievement.
- Monitor and document student progress, making adjustments to therapy plans as needed.
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert guidance on speech and language development.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Valid state licensure or ability to obtain licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
