About the Role

Closets by Design Minneapolis is seeking a highly motivated and organized Installation Manager to lead our installation department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and supervising installers and installer assistants, ensuring seamless execution of installation and service projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and lead a team of installers and installer assistants to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and quality standards.
  • Coordinate and schedule installation and service projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with customers, designers, and the production department.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve installation efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the production department to ensure smooth project execution and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in product installation, including home improvement, building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation, and closet/cabinet experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in using software applications relevant to the role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, designers, and team members.
