Job OverviewWe are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our HR operations, you will play a key role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and success.
Estimated Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000 per yearJob ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the Executive Director of HR in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Overseeing the onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews and maintaining HR metrics.
- Coordinating recruitment efforts and ensuring a seamless transition from hiring to onboarding.
- Taking ownership of developing, updating, and implementing HR programs, including job descriptions, training initiatives, and employee development efforts.
- Administering and managing employee benefits programs, FMLA, and leave policies; coordinating open enrollment, changes, and benefits training sessions.
- Providing guidance and oversight to HR team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Contribute to salary benchmarking, internal policies, and HR compliance initiatives.
- Serving as a resource for employees by addressing questions and resolving issues in alignment with company policies.
- Staying informed on HR trends, regulatory changes, and best practices, recommending updates as needed.
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-4 years of experience in an HR generalist role, including benefits administration, training, and policy implementation.
- A strong understanding of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
- Leadership potential with a desire to grow into a future senior role.
