Job Overview:

We are currently seeking an experienced Staff Nurse to join our Cath Lab team at one of our esteemed facilities. As a Staff Nurse in this specialized position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform duties as a Cath Lab RN for scheduled procedures during day shifts
  • On-call duty one weekend per schedule and 1-2 nights per week depending on staffing
  • Availability for late shifts once or twice a week, staying past 5:30 PM until procedures are completed
  • Possible holiday call requirement
  • Travel positions not open to first-time travelers
  • Meet required references and experience criteria
  • Adhere to the facility's natural nail policy
  • Must complete orientation modules during the first week, with modules averaging 6 hours
  • Compliance with fingerprinting requirements if applicable
  • Return staff must have a 6-month gap to be considered for travel positions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years in Cath Lab required
  • Valid nursing license required
  • Candidates from compact states preferred; 30-day work authorization if applicable
  • EPIC charting experience preferred
  • Experience monitoring cases with MacLab/CardioLab and Epic EHR/Charting preferred
  • BSN preferred
