Job Summary:
A challenging and rewarding opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator in the Progressive Care Unit at Tenet-AZ Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating functions and activities related to a single departmental function.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your nursing expertise and leadership skills to make a positive impact on patient care and outcomes. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively implement change and manage budgets independently. You will also have experience in clinical nursing, preferably in a similar setting, and hold relevant certifications such as ACLS or PALS.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate scheduling efforts of RNs in the unit; Liaise with internal and external customers including pre-hospital providers, medical and nursing staff, and hospital administration; Develop and implement plans/processes for meeting regulatory requirements; Train and mentor staff; Supervise other members of the healthcare team;

Requirements:
Registered Nurse degree from an accredited nursing school; Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical nursing experience; Certification in specialty area preferred; License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona; CPR and ACLS certification required; Ability to work independently in high-stress situations;

What We Offer:
Tenet-AZ Region offers a competitive salary, ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
