Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Metro Community Health Center. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our senior leadership team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the CEO, CMO, COO, and CFO, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including Board meeting minutes, committee minutes, and correspondence.
  • Assist in the revision of policies, records, and forms, and type up revisions as needed.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, patients, and visitors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, including data entry, mailings, and supply management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; one year of administrative experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to type 50 words per minute with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of office administration, clerical procedures, and recordkeeping systems.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
