Salon Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Manager to join our team at Great Clips. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists and ensuring the success of our salon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
• Monitor and control salon expenses to ensure profitability
• Recruit, train, and develop new stylists to join our team
• Maintain a clean and organized salon environment

Requirements:

• Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
