As a Lead Registered Nurse, you will use your medical knowledge and expertise to develop, lead, and hold accountable a team of Registered Nurses. You will work alongside the Store Manager to ensure that performance metrics and overall store goals are met. Your responsibilities will include administering IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections, educating clients on the benefits of our services, and facilitating Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions. You will also manage the medical supply inventory and ordering processes, promote memberships and medical services, and document client visits via electronic medical records (EMR).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administers IV Drip Therapy and Intramuscular Injections
  • Educates clients on the benefits of our services
  • Facilitates Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy sessions
  • Manages medical supply inventory and ordering processes
  • Promotes memberships and medical services
  • Documents client visits via EMR

Requirements:
  • Valid unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of employment
  • Eligibility to work in the US for any employer
  • Availability to work during all store operating hours, including weekends
  • Ability to lift 20 pounds
  • Two years of experience as a nurse in an acute care setting (ER, ICU, Med-Surg or similar) preferred
  • Proficiency in peripheral IV insertion
  • Comfortable with patient charting and EMR systems
