Critical Care Nurse

At St. Luke's Health System, we are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit team. As a critical care nurse, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient-centered care to our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with septic shock, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and multi-organ failure.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with the latest evidence-based practices and technologies in critical care.
Work closely with the nursing team to maintain a safe and supportive environment that promotes healing and recovery.
Requirements:
Associate degree in nursing required; Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
1+ year of RN experience, with ICU experience highly preferred.
Current RN licensure from the State of Practice and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
