Job Title: Assembler II - Doors

Location: Richmond - P2

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Assembler II to join our production team at Hillphoenix. As an Assembler II, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with our team to manufacture and assemble high-quality glass doors, frames, and subcomponents. You will follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure daily safety, quality, productivity, and delivery targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble or produce component parts into sub-assemblies, assemblies, and completed units according to assembly travelers and standard work instructions.
  • Use hand tools, electric tools, and pneumatic tools to perform assembly tasks.
  • Maintain acceptable performance standards for assembly, production, quality, safety, and housekeeping.
  • Perform minor adjustments or setups to equipment or machines under supervision.
  • Inspect parts or completed units using visual inspection, gages, tape measures, check fixtures, calipers, or other inspection equipment.
  • Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the lead person or department supervisor.
  • Cross-train team members and processes as needed.
  • Perform a variety of assembly or production duties with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of production assembly work experience
