Job Title: Housekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at Fellowship Square, Christian Care Management, Inc. As a Housekeeper, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our senior housing facility.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional housekeeping services to residents, ensuring their living spaces are clean, safe, and comfortable.
  • Clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas, adhering to established guidelines and schedules.
  • Be approachable, respectful, and courteous to residents, staff, and visitors, maintaining confidentiality and respecting personal property.
  • Keep areas of responsibility clean, organized, and well-maintained, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience with general cleaning products and procedures is preferred, with prior experience in hotel or office settings being a plus.
  • Ability to read, interpret, and follow documents such as safety rules, operation manuals, and procedure guidelines written in English.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English fluently.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently, work independently, and lift at least 25 pounds.
  • Capable of maintaining a professional appearance, being organized, and working well in a team environment.
