We are seeking a highly skilled and creative social media coordinator to join our team at Doherty Real Estate Group. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining our online presence, engaging with industry influencers, and creating compelling branded content across our social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn, to ensure consistency and accuracy in our online presence.
  • Develop and implement an online marketing strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives, using our brand's unique voice and tone.
  • Collaborate with our social media manager to establish and maintain our brand's online identity, including creating engaging content and visual elements.
  • Deliver monthly reports on our web traffic and social media performance, using Google Analytics and social media metrics, to inform our marketing strategy and improve our online presence.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in digital media and incorporate innovative content creation ideas into our marketing strategy.
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills, with excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Experience designing SEO-driven content in writing, images, and video, with a deep understanding of current industry trends across LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
  • Proficiency in video editing and graphic design, with experience using Final Cut Pro, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A proactive approach, with the initiative to start and lead projects independently.
