Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of financial operations to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Development and implementation of financial strategies to support business growth.
  • Preparation of accurate financial reports and forecasts to guide decision-making.
  • Compliance with financial regulations and standards.
  • Collaboration with other departments to optimize financial processes.
  • Identification of opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
  • Relationship management with financial institutions and external auditors.
  • Leadership, mentorship, and development of the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of financial management principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work onsite and adapt to the Mountain Time timezone.
Expected Deliverables and Timeline:
  • Familiarize yourself with our financial systems and processes within 30 days.
  • Conduct an initial analysis of our current financial situation and identify key areas for improvement.
  • Meet with department heads to understand their financial needs and challenges.
  • Begin developing a financial strategy aligned with our goals.
  • Implement initial financial improvements and track their impact within 60 days.
  • Establish key financial performance indicators (KPIs) for the department.
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for financial process enhancements.
  • Roll out significant financial initiatives aligned with our strategic plan within 90 days.
  • Monitor the progress of financial projects and adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Ensure all financial operations and policies comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Present a comprehensive financial report and future plans to the executive team.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year.
