Mobile Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced CT Technologist to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate advanced imaging equipment, including CT scanners, to produce high-quality diagnostic images of patients' internal structures.
- Position patients for CT scans, utilizing immobilization and protective equipment as necessary, to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
- Set and monitor equipment controls, making adjustments as needed to optimize image quality and patient safety.
- Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, including starting IVs, injecting contrast media, and dispensing oral contrast as required.
- Evaluate CT scans for technical quality, collating processed images in sequence, and labeling them accurately.
- Schedule patients for procedures and perform some clerical functions to support the efficient operation of the imaging department.
- Loading and operating power injections for contrast media administration.
- Deliver high-quality patient care in a professional manner, prioritizing timeliness, compassion, and cost-effectiveness.
- Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to national patient safety initiatives and promoting excellence in all aspects of practice.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 18 months of experience as a CT Technologist in a healthcare setting.
- Current ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
- Licensure requirements vary by state; candidates must be aware of the specific licensure requirements for their designated location.
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
