Job Summary:

The Industrial Operations Director will oversee the day-to-day activities of a production site, ensuring seamless execution of operations to meet corporate goals. This role is responsible for driving productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive production operations to meet or exceed corporate targets in Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
  • Identify and communicate continuous improvement opportunities, and assist or lead actions to implement them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
  • SOURCE AND MANAGE RAW MATERIAL RESOURCES AND VENDOR RELATIONSHIPS EFFECTIVELY
  • Responsible for the compliant execution of all ISPM-15 processes and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility within the organization.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.
  • At least 10 years of experience in a similar leadership position, with a proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Salary Range:$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

Location:In person
