Early Childhood Education Leader

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Preschool Education Director at The Learning Experience. Located in NYC, this role requires a Certification in Early Childhood Education and a strong background in daycare or preschool settings.

This leadership position involves overseeing daily operations, implementing our proprietary curriculum, and guiding teachers to provide an engaging learning experience for children. You will also be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and driving business results through family retention and enrollment growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead by example, displaying passion for making a positive impact on the lives of children and employees.
- Ensure compliance with local and state licensing regulations.
- Build and maintain a highly qualified staff by actively sourcing, training, coaching, and engaging with current and prospective employees.
- Guide teachers in implementing our proprietary curriculum and creating a fun and enriching learning experience.
- Drive consistent business results through family retention, enrollment growth, and efficient business operations.
- Engage prospective families through center tours and community marketing events.
Requirements
- A minimum of two years of center leadership/management experience (highly preferred) or at least one year of center leadership/management experience (required).
- Possess the state-specific Administrative or Director credential, as well as any other state-specific guidelines for the role.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field (highly preferred).
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of state licensing rules and regulations.
Compensation
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
