We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Relationship Manager to join our team at Interra. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective members, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Your primary focus will be on cultivating long-lasting relationships with our members, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions to meet those needs.">
  • You will work closely with our sales teams, subject matter experts, and support departments to drive member account and loan leads through to close.">
  • As a Business Development Relationship Manager, you will be accountable for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue growth, expand our membership base, and enhance our market presence.">
  • You will also be responsible for analyzing credit and financial information to ensure our members are in the right solutions that align with their needs.">
  • Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and, most importantly, our members.">
  • You will be required to maintain a high level of knowledge about all products and services offered by Interra Credit Union, as well as stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements.">
  • Your ability to work independently and as part of a team, combined with your problem-solving skills and attention to detail, will be essential in achieving your goals and contributing to the success of our organization.">
  • You will be expected to maintain accurate records, track progress, and report on key performance indicators to ensure we are meeting our objectives.">

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, or a related field.">
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.">
  • The ability to pass the Member Advisor Exam within 18 months of starting the role.">
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate pros and cons, risks, and benefits of different solution options.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.">
  • A high level of integrity, trustworthiness, and discretion when dealing with confidential information.">
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.">
  • A strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring member satisfaction.">
  • Ability to work extended hours or travel off-site whenever required or requested by management.">
  • Familiarity with industry regulations and laws, such as the Credit Union Secrecy Act, the USA PATRIOT Act, and the Office of Foreign Assets Control.">

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
