Flight Training Consultant

We're seeking experienced F-16 pilots to join our team as subject matter experts on our simulation and training contracts. As a key member of our team, you'll provide essential operational support for the design, test, and delivery of high-fidelity flight simulators.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with engineers and end-users to determine effective and efficient training solutions
- Support the development of F-16 flight simulator design by providing operational insight into actual F-16 performance and capabilities
- Provide expert knowledge on F-16 systems, avionics, and operational capabilities to inform simulator design and testing
- Develop and implement testing procedures to ensure simulator compliance with training tasks
This role offers a competitive salary of $100,000 - $160,000 per year. Located in Arlington, TX, this position requires relocation for full-time candidates. Part-time candidates can work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Requirements:- Extensive knowledge of F-16 aircraft operations, including engine and aerodynamic performance, avionics, and weapons systems
- Proficiency in F-16 Dash 1 and Operations Manuals
- Recent aircraft currency is preferred; prior instructor experience is also beneficial
