About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Account Manager at Crescendo Collective. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent client relationships, overseeing projects, and ensuring business value is delivered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects and report to executive stakeholders.
  • Meet with clients to demonstrate business value, propose new ideas, and gain understanding of their business goals.
  • Understand high-level business strategies and ensure teams are executing on them.
  • Negotiate client contracts, write Statements of Work, and report directly to Crescendo's leadership team and CRO.
  • Ensure we are demonstrating Crescendo's culture of speed, accuracy, flexibility, and friendly client service.
Requirements
  • Ability to collaborate with multiple teams.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities and bring ideas for growth to the leadership team.
  • Ability to communicate high-level strategies to project managers and other team members.
  • Must be able to oversee an entire account consisting of multiple projects.
