Job Title: Sales Associate

LensCrafters is a leading provider of eye care and eyewear solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.

Job Summary:

The Sales Associate will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on eyewear and eye care, and driving sales growth through effective sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers.
  • Recommend and sell eyewear and eye care products to customers, utilizing optical prescriptions and product knowledge.
  • Assist customers in selecting frames and coordinating frames with optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging store environment.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
  • Strong communication and sales skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
