MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Radiologic Imaging Specialist to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana.

Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CT Technologist to work with us on a travel assignment. This is an excellent opportunity to gain new skills and experience while working with a top healthcare facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CT equipment to produce high-quality images of patients' bones, organs, and tissue.
  • Position patients for CT scans using immobilization and protective equipment as necessary.
  • Set controls of the related equipment, monitor patient safety, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Assist radiologists with imaging procedures, starting IVs, and injecting contrast, if applicable.
Requirements
  • Eighteen months prior experience in a healthcare setting as a CT Tech.
  • ARRT (CT) or ASRT certification.
  • Licensure, as required by most states.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
