About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwashing Professional to join our team at T.G.I. Friday's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation in our dishroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain daily cleanliness and maintenance of dish machine;
• Clean and sanitize service area and kitchen throughout shift;
• Provide Guests with clean and sanitized utensils, plateware, glassware, and equipment according to Ecosure standards;
• E nsure dishes and cookware are sanitized and available as needed;
• Trouble-shoot dishwasher machine malfunctions;
• Perform all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objectives of the position.

Requirements:

• Able to perform multiple tasks while maintaining required standards of operation;
• Able to frequently lift and carry up to 70 lbs., up to 20 times per shift;
• Able to work frequently in a hot and damp environment;
• Able to speak clearly to communicate orders to other cooks and expediter;
• Able to hear cooks' and W/W's requests in the midst of loud background noise.

• Reliability & Accountability: Works hard and delivers quality results by arriving on time and ready to work dressed in proper dress code, attending all required shift meetings and being prepared to contribute, minimizing wastes and costs, responding to complaints about food quality issues by owning the situation and solving the problem quickly and properly, using good judgment and acting with integrity in all dealings, and demonstrating consistency in words and actions.
• Flexibility & Stress Tolerance: Knows that anything can and will happen and handles uncertainty in a calm, controlled manner by addressing daily challenges and obstacles with confidence and a positive attitude, easily adjusting to meet changing demands and new responsibilities, prioritizing effectively and multitasking to ensure all tasks are completed by the end of the shift, maintaining an even-tempered demeanor even in stressful situations, responding calmly to problems and controlling emotional reactions, and handling themselves in a professional manner at all times.

Salary: $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
