**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Hundley Center, a division of VCU Health Community Memorial Hospital. As an LPN, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents in our long-term care setting.

About Us:

The Hundley Center is a 140-bed facility certified for Medicare and Medicaid. We offer a range of services, including speech/occupational/physical therapy, respiratory services, dementia care, IV therapy, end-of-life care, and wound care. Our staff is dedicated to providing compassionate care to ensure the best quality of life for our residents.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized nursing care to residents based on medical orders and integrated care plans.
  • Safely administer prescribed medications and identify potential interactions.
  • Assist with prevention of illness and injury, maintenance of wellness, and provision of comfort.
  • Deliver age-specific care to residents or groups of residents.

Requirements:

  • LPN licensure in Virginia or eligibility.
  • AHA BLS Certification or equivalent.
  • Graduate from a Board of Nursing-approved School of Practical Nursing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in long-term care settings, such as nursing facilities (NF), skilled nursing facilities (SNF), or assisted living (AL).

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additional benefits include health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
